All images in and on this CD-ROM are the product of Jenny Binder
of
Heirloom Scrapbooks and are protected by United States and International copyright law.
You have the right
to copy the images to your hard drive, and alter and use them for your
personal use in any way you would like.
(For fund-raising or other commercial purposes, you
may purchase an additional Commercial License for $30.
The commercial license allows one
user to create printed works for sale, but does not allow re-selling of
these images in a digital

Selling of the images
in any digital format is strictly prohibited. You also have the right to use
these images (in part,
in whole, or altered) in or as layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and
other
publications (printed or electronic), so long as proper credit is given with a link

internet.
You do not have the right to reproduce, share, rent, sell, or distribute this CD-ROM in
whole or in part;
or to post any image on this CD-ROM (in whole, in part, or altered) on the
internet or a web page for the
purpose of reuse by others. You do not have the right to include
