You have the right to copy the images to your hard drive, and alter and use them for your personal
use in any way you would like. Commercially, you may use these images in and for layouts that you
sell as prints only. Selling of the images in any digital format is strictly prohibited. Any other use
of these images (in part, in whole, or altered) that leads to financial gain is prohibited without prior
written consent from Heirloom Scrapbooks. You also have the right to use these images (in part, in whole,
or altered) in or as layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and related publications (printed or
electronic), so long as proper credit is given with a link to www.HeirloomScrapbooks.com. This also applies
to any layout or image posted on the internet.
You do not have the right to reproduce, share, rent, sell, or distribute this CD-ROM in whole or in part;
or to post any image on this CD-ROM (in part, in whole, or altered) on the internet or a web page for the
purpose of reuse by others. You do not have the right to include any image from these CD-ROMs with a
digital kit you intend to sell.
